-When you receive the cake, you need to check it, ask the waiter to show you the cake and if there are any discrepancies, immediately inform our employee about it. After you have taken the cake, claims regarding decoration will not be accepted.
-It takes about 10-15 minutes to receive the cake, please take that into consideration.
-Ordered cake is an individual and creative approach to each order, in regard to this, the pastry chef, at his discretion, can add or remove some elements to create a complete composition, also, the design of the cake can never be identical with the picture from the Internet.

-Caramel cakes are sweeter than other fillings, please consider this.

-Cream cheese, which we use in many creams, has a slight salinity.

-We recommend keeping the cake with sugar toppers in the refrigerator for no more than 3 hours, as they can get wet and lose their shape.

-We recommend picking up the cake on the day of the holiday, overnight, if stored incorrectly, may acquire an inappropriate shape.

-Some cakes may contain non-edible elements, such as a backing inside the cake (serves for stability during transportation, or for dividing the cake into tiers), wooden skewers as holders of toppers, meringues or lollipops. Also, a multi-tiered cake may contain cocktail sticks or skewers, which are used as fasteners or holders for the cake.
-Some cakes are glued with glucose to the bottom of the box for stability during transport. Gently pry off the backed cake and transfer to the table.

-Masic figurines and some sugar flowers inside are held together by wire.
-Sugar flowers and various other items on the cake such as snowflakes, baby slippers, etc. are made of solid edible sugar mass, you must eat them carefully so not to damage your teeth.
-Wood and plastic toppers, as well as lights must be carefully removed from the cake and only after that you can cut it.

-Parking. If you pick up the cake after 12:00, you can drive into our parking lot under the barrier and ask the waiter for a check-out check.
-Expect that the time of receipt of the cake takes 10-15 minutes, if possible, inform in advance the exact time of arrival.
-If your order was not delivered on time, please contact us as soon as possible. (15-30 min)
-If for some reason the taste of the cake does not meet your expectations, please contact us immediately to find out the reason. For this, the cake/piece of cake will need to be given to us for examination.

-Changes can be made no later than 72 hours prior to cake collection.
